The Healthy Arizona Worksites Program (HAWP) provides free training, tools and resources to help businesses support employee health and wellness.
By participating in HAWP, employers will learn how to implement evidence-based, comprehensive worksite wellness initiatives to support the health of their employees, their businesses, and the communities in which they live and operate.
Additionally, by participating in HAWP, employers have the opportunity to share their worksite wellness experiences and learn from each other.

CDC Worksite Health Scorecard
The CDC Worksite Health ScoreCard (HSC) is a tool designed to help employers assess the extent to which they have implemented evidence-based health promotion interventions in their worksites. Take the CDC Worksite Health Scorecard for Arizona employers to assess your workplace.
Build a Worksite Health Improvement Plan
After you’ve completed a HAWP 101 training session, you’ll be able to create your own Worksite Health Improvement Plan online. Our unique system allows you to configure an optimal plan inline with the CDC’s best practices which you can download and adjust over time.

How can I participate in HAWP?
There are several ways to participate in HAWP:
- Attend the HAWP 101 training session. Trainings are offered throughout Arizona. Check out our event schedule to find a training in your area! If you do not see one listed in your county, please contact us and let us know that you are interested in attending. (Attending the HAWP 101 training is the first step to applying for the Healthy Arizona Worksite Award.)
